Damage Claims Services
Will my insurance company pay to have my roof replaced?
At North End Contracting LLC, we know that dealing with the insurance company to make a damage claim on your home can be intimidating. That is why our staff is dedicated to making the process much easier for our customers. Since we are fully-trained professionals when it comes to dealing with insurance claims in cases of storm damage, hail damage, wind damage, etc., we can provide a written agreement which allows us to work directly with your insurance claims adjuster on your behalf. We always have the our customers’ best interest in mind when we assist with damage inspections, damage claims, to your home.
Most insurance companies ask their policyholders to get between three and four estimates when making a damage claim for replacements on their homes. Once the company evaluates the estimates and the damages, they will give you a “total insurance allowance,” which is the maximum amount of money they will provide to you for fixing the covered damages. It may seem like the best idea to choose the lowest estimate, but it is always best to choose the roofing and construction company with the best reputation. At North End Contracting, we have a great reputation in the roofing and construction industry and throughout the Twin Cities Metro Area, so you can be assured that the work we do will be done reliably and correctly.
Insurance Claims Contractor in Minnesota and Wisconsin
Payments On Insurance Claims
When making a damage claim, your insurance company will likely send two checks. The first one will be the Actual Cash Value check. This takes into consideration the depreciation of the property. Once the job is finished, however, the roofing and construction contractor sends a final invoice to your insurance company. This is for the net amount of the damage repair job, or the Actual Cash Value plus depreciation. Insurance companies want to make sure their property is taken care of and as long as you have a mortgage, they have a vested interest in your home.
Hail Damage, Wind Damage, and Storm Damage
In Minnesota, hail and wind are not uncommon. Our damage claim and insurance claim contractors in Minnesota and Wisconsin know how to do a proper damage inspection of your roof, siding, and home for hail damage, wind damage, and storm damage following a major storm. Whether the damage includes shingle marks and bruises, fractured or broken shingles, uplifted roof parts, or any other related wind damage, hail damage, or storm damage, our roofing and construction crew will make a note of it when you call us to inspect the damage. We will also take notice of even subtle damages that may not be noticeable to the untrained eye. This helps us come up with an accurate estimate for you and your insurance company so there is no damage that is left unfixed once we are done taking care of your roof replacement or housing upgrades.
North End Contracting has the expertise, experience, and the credentials to work with your insurance company so that you can get the best possible deal when you make a damage claim.
